Here’s a great way to treat your kids to something tasty after a tough day in the classroom.

Serves 4
Preparation time 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 red onion, finely chopped
500g extra lean beef mince
2tbsp sun-dried tomato paste
4tbsp chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed

To Prepare:

1. Place the onion in a large bowl with all the other ingredients. Season with plenty of salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir until well combined – it’s a lot easier to use your hands to squidge all the ingredients together.

2. Shape the mix into four fat burgers. Preheat the grill to medium and cook for 15 minutes, turning now and then until cooked through.

3. Put the burgers in toasted baps and top with two slices of radish topped with peas - for eyes - and a slice of pepper - for the mouth.

To Serve:

Serve on baps with a healthy side salad.
