Both Elliott’s SuperValu Randalstown and Swift’s SuperValu, Lisnaskea have achieved their Investors in People accreditation, and recently received their plaque  from the Minister of Employment and Learning, Sir Reg Empey at a ceremony at Hillsborough Castle.

The Investors in People standard is one of the most respected awards for quality that any organisation can achieve and is designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. In achieving the award, they have been recognised in focusing on ongoing development and the involvement of employees at all levels in the decision making process.
