POOLE’S SUPERVALU MOIRA INVEST IN THEIR PEOPLE

Poole’s Supervalu Moira received their Investors in People awards at a recent ceremony at Hillsborough Castle.

This award is a tried and tested business tool that assists organisations to develop the knowledge and skills of their people, so that the business can achieve its objectives. The standard is one of the most respected awards for quality that any organisation can achieve and is designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people.
Musgrave Retail Partners supports SuperValu retailers in obtaining this award as it encourages the stores to improve performance and realise objectives through the management and development of their people.
