Long’s SuperValu Strand Road has been awarded the Investors in People award.

This is the first time the store has achieved the Investors in People accreditation, which is one of the most respected awards for quality that any organisation can achieve and is designed to advance an organisation’s performance through its people. The IIP award is a tried and tested business tool that assists organisations to develop the knowledge and skills of their people, so that the business can achieve its objectives.
