Cooking Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes until tender, drain and cool.
  2. Heat 2 tbsp Rapeseed Oil in a large non-stick frying pan and fry the potatoes, turning over until golden and crisp.
  3. Add the chorizo and chilli and fry for another 3-4 minutes until the chorizo is crisp
  4. Serve the potatoes topped with the cold smoked Salmon and poached eggs.
  5. Season and sprinkle with Parsley.
