Cooking Instructions

  1. Place peanut butter, water, olive oil, pine nuts, garlic, cayenne pepper, chilli flakes and basil in a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Heat the oil in a large wok and stir fry chicken, season with salt and pepper
  3. Cook rice noodles as per pack
  4. Add the peanut pesto and noodles to cooked chicken in wok, mix well and heat through
  5. Serve with a side of steamed green beans and a sprinkling of black pepper
