Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare filling (caramelise onion for 1, sweat peppers in paprika for 2, grate cheese and fry onion for 3)
  2. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper and 2 tablespoons water.
  3. Add filling to the pan.
  4. Add eggs to pan, cooking over low heat for 10 minutes.
  5. Transfer to grill for 5 minutes, or until top browns slightly and doesn’t wobble.
