Ingredients
- 2 Sirloin Steaks
- 1 Ciabatta
- 2-3 splashes Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Onion
- 4 Shallots
- Horseradish Sauce
- Full Fat Mayo
- 1 Tomato
- 2 ice-berg lettuce leaves
Cooking Instructions
- Place steaks on a hot BBQ and cook for 2/3 minutes on each side
- Chop onions and shallots and saute in balsamic vinegar for 4 minutes
- Slice Ciabatta in half
- Spread ciabatta with horseradish
- Slice steaks and place on top of horseradish
- Layer with onions and slice tomatoes
- Top with Mayo
