Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries stalks removed
- 1 cup milk or clandeboye natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp White's oats
- 1 Banana peeled
- 1 Eating apple peeled and cored
- 8-10 Icecubes
- 1 tbsp Local honey
Cooking Instructions
- Slice the fruit and put all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend everything until it is smooth.
- Pour and serve. This makes 650ml - so should serve about 2 people.
- If you don’t have a blender, mush the strawberries up with a fork, use half a banana, leave out the ice cubes and apple, put it all in a clean jam jar and shake until it’s mixed well.
