This bold banana is fried in coconut oil and served up with yummy frozen strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, Greek yoghurt and poppy seeds. It's a great pre-workout snack as one banana provides enough energy for a 45 minute workout.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Peel and slice banana lengthways.
  2. Heat coconut oil in pan.
  3. Fry banana on a medium/low heat 3 mins each side (until it browns slightly).
  4. Put frozen berries in a pan and simmer until soft.
  5. Place banana on a plate, cover with berries.
  6. Top with Greek Yogurt and poppy seeds.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
