Cooking Instructions

  1. Crush the digestives finely – pop them in a bag and roll with a rolling pin.
  2. Prepare a bowl or tray with coconut for rolling, and keep a bowl of warm water handy to dampen r hands (this helps stop the mix from sticking).
  3. Melt the chocolate and butter together in 30-second bursts in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
  4. Stir in the condensed milk and crushed biscuits.
  5. With damp hands, scoop a small amount of the chocolate mix, flatten it into a disc, and place a marshmallow in the centre. Wrap the mixture around the mallow to form a ball, then roll it in coconut until fully coated.
  6. Repeat until all the mixture is used — work quickly so it doesn’t set too soon!
