Ingredients
Sweet Chili & Lime Chicken Mini Fillet Skewers
Sweet & Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings with charred corn on the cob
- Good Food Locally Sourced Sweet & Smokey BBQ Chicken Wings
- 8 fresh half corn on the cob
- 4 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt &Pepper
Lettuce Wrap Chicken Burgers
- Good Food Locally Sourced Chicken Burgers
- SuperValu iceberg lettuce (separate leaves)
- SuperValu tomatoes
- Mature cheddar - sliced
- Bacon rashers – cooked until crispy
- SuperValu red onion - finely sliced
- SuperValu burger mayo or why not make your own with the SuperValu caramelised red onion chutney mixed with chopped up gherkins & mayo!
Cooking Instructions
- Cucumber Dressing – In a bowl mix everything together and taste to season
- Charred Corn – boil the corn in the cob for 5 min in boiling water, strain and make the butter by mixing all the ingredients together – put the corn on the BBQ and then brush the butter over the corn and repeat a couple of times until the corn is charred
- Broccoli salad – mixed everything together and top with the almonds
- BBQ all the meat according to the packaging (meat should be cooked to 70C internally) then assemble all the dishes.
- Chicken wrap – is using a large lettuce leaf – and layer – tomato, cheddar, bacon, burger mayo (SuperValu or homemade), red onion
