Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 180 degrees
  2. Pour 1 tbsp of oil and spices over the vegetables and chicken
  3. Salt and pepper to season and mix everything together on a large roasting tray
  4. Roast for about 25-30 min
  5. Then finish with a big squeeze of lime juice if you have it or lemon juice and mix everything together
  6. Serve with tortilla wraps, natural yoghurt/soured cream, grated mature cheese and avocado/guacamole, salsa
  7. Leftovers can be frozen or you can reuse the leftovers and have some rice with it so it is like a burrito bowl.
