Drain before using. Place the lemon juice, garlic, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, Worchester sauce, salt & pepper in a large non-metallic bowl and whisk until well combined. Add the chicken and toss until evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes. Chop the peppers and onions into chunky pieces. Heat BBQ to a high heat. Thread chicken evenly onto the wooden skewers. Remember that each time you add a prawn you add a pepper and onion. Sprinkle evenly with salt. Arrange skewers in a single layer on BBQ. Grill for 3 minutes on each side until cooked.
