Ingredients
- 250 g Sirloin Beef
- 3 tsp Fish sauce
- 3 tsp Lime juice
- 1 Green chilli finely chopped
- 1 Red Chilli finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Caster Sugar
- 3 Shallots thinly sliced
- 2 Cucumber cut in 1/2 length ways and thinly sliced
- 1 Tomato cut in 1/2 remove the seeds and thinly slice length ways
- 1/2 Celery roughly chopped
- 2 Spring Onions thinly sliced
- Small handful of coriander leaves
Cooking Instructions
- Fry or grill the sirloin beef (medium rare)
- Let beef rest for 5 minutes and slice thinly
- Put the fish sauce, lime juice, chillies, and castor sugar into a bowl and mix together
- Add the beef and stir well so that the beef is covered in the sauce
- Add the shallots and mix together
- Then add the cucumber and the tomato and mix again
- Finally add the celery, spring onions and coriander leaves
- Mix together and serve
