Ingredients
- 1 handful Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 handful Sunflower Seeds
- olive oil
- Paprika
Cooking Instructions
- Lightly oil a baking tray
- Sprinkle seeds on oiled baking tray
- Drizzle seeds with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika
- With clean hands mix thoroughly
- Roast for 15 to 20 minutes at 150c, stirring every 10 minutes
- When cooled store in an airtight container and pop into your handbag for a tasty, low calorie snack.
